This is where you will be taught how to utilize public records to 'illuminate' the 'shade' in your life so you can empower yourself, especially when trying to fight in a situation when you may feel powerless or facing an entrenched opportunist and practiced navigator of loopholes.
Our case study will be on a 'persona' of many ventures, and how you can use many public records like judiciary case searches (both state and federal), Public Information Act information requests, Land Deed records (which are more telling than one would think when investigating an owner of multiple properties), their own social media and video channels, and just a multitude of public records that you may have never known were available at your fingertips and could request or look up on an individual.
For example; if you are looking to 'serve the un-servable' on an individual with multiple properties, therefore making it easier for them to "hide"; in 48 out of 50 states there is a 'Principal Residence Tax Credit' that a homeowner claims on the property they use as their primary residence, i.e., they claim this credit on the home they primarily live in. Therefore, by finding the property claiming this tax credit, you have found a residence to serve them with a lawsuit, certified letter, or whatever it may be!
This website will give you more interesting tidbits as well as take you along on my journey of 'illuminating the shade' and 'bringing the receipts out into the sunlight', but that time will have to come at a later date, after certain procedural milestones have been met. 😉
